LUXURIES ...NOT LIKE THEY USED TO... It is nice to have a sink with a built in soap dispenser. It is nice to have at least a bath and a half. It is nice to have a utility sink. It is nice to have a screen door. I don't always recommend having a storm door. It is nice to have a screened in porch or balcony. It is nice to have a garage for all of your cars. It is nice to have at least a ceramic tile foyer. It is nice to have a back up power generator. It is nice to have a heated driveway, steps and sidewalk. To melt it rather than shovel. It is nice to have your house on a court, except in winter with snow removal. It is nice to have skylights and large windows.....except in winter with gas bills. Again, I am sure there are more, but these are ones I know about or have experienced.
